No, we are not on any insurance panels. Our clinic provides lower cost self-pay health care to fill the gap of care available to those patients without insurance, those that have high deductibles, and those patients who are looking for a more personalized care experience.

Great question! If you know that Dr. Kingsley placed your prescription during your appointment but are not certain why you can’t find it, try these steps first before contacting the office.
Your new prescription cannot be accessed by trying to activate a refill on an old prescription number. This is a new prescription, with a new number.
When you speak with the pharmacy to ask about a prescription, what they are looking at in their system are the currently filled prescriptions. To activate a prescription previously sent, you will need to ask them to look in your “profile” to see what prescriptions are available to be but not currently filled.
Please give at least 2 hours after prescriptions have been entered for it to reach your pharmacy. While most prescriptions reach your pharmacy in a few minutes, it can take over an hour to be processed through the third party platform.

We understand that there are patients disappointed by the fact that Dr. Kingsley is not participating on any insurance panels. While there are many physicians providing care within the insurance systems, there are not many options available for patients without insurance and those who have high deductibles. With longer appointments we can also provide care for patients who are looking for more thorough, efficient care, and our clinic functions with all of these patients in mind.
Anyone is welcome to become a patient, but the office does not submit any claims to insurances. Some of our patients submit their invoices to their insurance, but this is done on their own. Without the extensive overhead required to work with insurance companies, we are able to keep the cost of care at the clinic as low as possible, well below the cost of appointments at most other clinics.

Appointments are a minimum of 30 minutes for follow up and 1 hour for a primary care new patient. Some more complex new patient appointments are 2 hours. Dr. Kingsley generally keeps on time so patients will not be sitiing for prolonged times in a waiting room.

A DO, or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, is a physician who practices medicine using a holistic approach that considers the whole person, not just their symptoms.
DOs complete four years of medical school, just like MDs, but also receive additional training in osteopathic manipulative therapy (OMT). OMT is a hands-on technique that involves using the body's natural tendency toward health to diagnose and treat injuries and illnesses.
